Terms and Conditions

  1. All payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees must be settled by the 5th of every month.
  2. Request for a receipt for every payment made. Receipt must be produced to the management upon request , failing to do so will require a fresh payment.
  3. Full payment must be made before commencement of classes
  4. Program (time-table / teachers) is subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Students are advised to follow the time schedule for classes. Classes will not be replaced if student misses any of it.
  6. Our program is not success guaranteed but it will certainly help to improve and upgrade the performance of students.
  7. Classes will not be held on public holidays and no replacement will be done.
  8. All student have to adhere with the rules and regulations of Rakan. Indisciplined students will be sacked without any refund of fees or prior notice.
  9. Notes and exams will only be given if students pay and attend for that respective month.
  10. Pusat Tuisyen Rakan reserves the right to add, modify or delete any of the terms and conditions herein contained at its own discretion without reason/s or prior notification whatsoever.
  11. Pusat Tuisyen Rakan holds absolute right to discard any of the registration and refund the payment made, less any interest , without reason / s or prior notification.
  12. By registering yourself to acquire our services, you automatically agree to accept and abide by all the terms and conditions as listed on this website ( inclusive of the general agreement herein contained )
